NOTE:
Load products in multiple denomination like Globe Autoload 10 / 15 / 25 / 50 / 100, MYPhone Menu and SMS Key varies only on the denomination of the product. Like for instance, Globe Autoload 10 is GMX10 in MYPhone and GA10 in SMS Key. For Globe Autoload 15, it should be GMX15 in MYPhone and GA15 in SMS Key. The denomination should be followed always after the product code.
For denominations like Sun Call & Text Unli 25 / 100 / 150 /450, SMS Key for Sun Call & Text Unli 25 is U12 as seen on the SMS Key column of the table, and for Sun Call & Text Unli 100 is U13, next 150 is U14 and for 450 is U15.
How To Sell ELoad to Consumer
This command applies to all type of account - dealer and retailer.
Goto your phone SMS Composer or write message then key-in your command based on the following syntax or format then send your command to iConnect Gateways.
SMSKEY<space>PIN<space>MOBILE

TIP
To avoid 1 peso charge, you should have unlimitted text subscription from your TelCo or use iConnect website (1load.connect.ph) for your loading transaction.
Load Using iConnect WebSite (1load.connect.ph)
Key-in the Mobile Number of your customer on the Mobile field found in the first row then click on the drop down box to select the load product. Key-in your Mobile number (iConnect Retailer Activated Number) on the Mobile field found on the second row and your PIN number then click RELOAD NOW button to complete the transaction. WARNING: Review all fields, specially the customer mobile number and the load product before clicking the RELOAD NOW button.
