LOADLINE COMPENSATION PLAN

1. DIRECT SELLING

• Lifetime 30% (Retail Earning)
  • Earning based on Direct Selling (personal discount based on the suggested retail price)
  • Receive up to 30% income by selling our consumable products
  • Infinite earning potential, no mandatory maintenance required after membership

2. DIRECT REFERRAL INCENTIVE

• You will received P100.00 incentive each person you invited to join iConnect LoadLine.
• Unlimited Referrals

3. CYCLE INCENTIVE (Loadline System)

• You need at least two (2) direct referrals to qualify for autospill or the Cycle Incentive.
• You need to purchase at least one (1) box of product on your next term to continue earning cycle incentive.
• All members are placed in just one line, no cross lines.
• New members will be place after you.
• P100 per cycle or P20 per spill-over.
• 5 spill-over per cycle.
• Unlimited cycle per day.

1. Fast Track Spill
   This will happend only on your first cycle.
   Received P200 incentive on your first cycle or P40/spill-over.
   
2. Direct Spill
All of your direct referrals will be automatically spilled under you.
Received P100 incentive per cycle or P20/spill-over.

3. Standard Spill
The system will automatically spill new members to all qualified accounts found in the row.
Received P100 incentive per cycle or P20/spill-over.

4. Inverse Spill
Spill-over starts at the buttom of the row upward.
Received P100 incentive per cycle or P20/spill-over.

5. Redundant Spill
Based on the product movement.
For every 1000PV of products sold will be treated as one spill in the cycle system.
Cycle may be accumulated through product repeat purchase/re-order of 1,000PV.
Received P100 incentive per cycle or P20/spill-over.

4. DIRECT BUILDERS BONUS

• Earn 10% of your directs’ and indirects’ cycle bonus up to 5th Level
• Build your network and earn 10% from the cycle of your direct and indirect referrals.

5. GLOBAL POOL

• 1.2%↑ Global Pool for Monthly Top 10
• Gather all your “K” system and be one of the top and earn 1.2%↑ Incentive from the company
• SHARED BY TOP 10 PERFORMERS EVERY MONTH. (based on number of referrals)

CASH-OUT OPTIONS

• WEEKLY
  Check – Request on Wednesday and you will received your encashment on Friday.
